Since Alna revealed herself, though, my dreams haven't really shown much craziness aside from the nights we're running experiments on what she can do to them
well here are some quick issues with character based tupps in general:
Identity issues
Identity chrisis
These are resolveable but making one of your fucking ex has it's own issues:
you are forcing them into a weird fuck relationship
their identity issues will be unresolvable due to the nature of their base and the motivations
conflicting feelingss
Gian, you are free to make an imaginary character for whatever reason you wish. Kindly do not make some kind of mental 'thing' (or whatever you would like to call a 'tulpa') for the sake of revenge porn or other similarly abusive behaviors.

Particularly as, in the end, a tulpa is meant to be equal in stature to yourself. If you are looking to make something you can manipualte and abuse, then you are certainly not looking for a tulpa.
Hah. I've seen enough people start with phrases such as "you seem like an intelligent/sensible/well-rounded/thoughtful person" and end in judgement statements. My apologies for assuming similar.
Otherwise, however - if you want to imagine your ex-partner and do... whatever degrading things you wish, feel free. Otherwise, you could look up coping mechanisms - or spend time with friends, playing video games, or otherwise simply distracting yourself from the loss until any pain from it grows proportionally small in comparison to the rest of your life.

Try to use it as a reason to throw yourself into non-romantic pursuits.
As for 'making a submissive tulpa', I'm afraid that the process of making a tulpa does not have some mechanism for determining specific traits of their personality with full accuracy, as our understanding of how human personlities develop in general is not fully understood yet.
In my opinion, you are allowed to do whatever you want with your mind if you do it on your own responsibility. You want a tulpa you will care about and love? Good. You want an imaginary friend to support you? It's fine too. You want a sex slave. Well, I don't really care. I don't think it's good idea but who am I to judge?

@SkyeNet im not trolling, i actually do appreciate the advice
Skepticism is healthy. There's some people who say that you should never doubt, but it's not a good idea as it can open the floodgates to intrusive thoughts. It's best to doubt and keep waiting for your responses. Keep questining and seeing if that was your tulpa, and keep going. The best way to descibe experiencing a response from your tulpa is that you will "know" when it happens. It's different than what you're experiencing now. It's impossible to describe, but you'll know when it happens.
